1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Undergarments and intimate wear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Products returned without original tags

3. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • A wrong item
  • A defective product
  • A damaged item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will assess the complaint and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method where possible.

5. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for:

Customers requesting exchanges due to sizing preference may be responsible for return delivery costs.
